Wrap Around Care
At Rose Hill School, we understand the challenges of balancing a busy family life. Juggling work, siblings and extracurricular activities can be overwhelming, which is why we offer flexible and reliable Wrap Around Care to support our families.
Our care provision starts as early as 7:30 am with our Rise and Shine Breakfast Club, providing children with a nutritious start to their day in a warm and welcoming environment. At the end of the day our Twilight Club extends the day until 6:15 pm, offering a safe and engaging space where children can relax and take part in fun activities.
Whether you need regular weekly bookings or occasional care, our flexible service is designed to accommodate your family’s unique schedule. We’re here to help lighten the load, ensuring that your child is cared for in a familiar and nurturing setting while giving you peace of mind. We are also able to offer a morning minibus service. Please speak to Admissions for details of pick up points.

Charges
Any parent that needs to cancel a booked session must do so 24 hours prior to the session or you will be charged the fee regardless of whether your child attends.
If a school activity prevents a pupil attending a pre-booked after school session the charge will be refunded.
If your child is on a booked session and is not collected at the end of that session a charge for the following session will be applied.
Any child in a club that has not been collected or booked in to an after- school provision will be taken to Twilight and be charged the full session fee.
A late chare of £20 will be applied to any parent who does not collect their child at 6.15pm.

Holiday Clubs
During the Easter and summer holidays and October half term Ultimate Activity run holiday activity day camps for children aged 4-14 at the school. Children can sign up for one day or for the duration. Providing an exciting range of sport, art, creative and games activities.
