Enquire

Tell us a little about your child and when you are hoping they will join.

  • Quick online enquiry form or an email or call to the admissions team.
  • We will confirm availability in the relevant year group and talk through options.
2

Visit us

Next, we invite you to visit us for a personal tour during a normal school day or join an open morning.

  • We welcome visits weekdays during school hours, working around your family schedule wherever possible. Your visit will last around 90 minutes and include a tour and time with our Head, Emma Neville.
  • Time to discuss your child’s interests, any academic, pastoral or EAL needs and your questions.
3

Register your child

If you feel Rose Hill School is the right place for your child, the next step is registration.

  • Complete an online registration form.
  • Pay a £150 registration fee to secure your child on the admissions list.
  • We will outline any assessments or taster requirements for their year group.

Taster days and assessments

We want your child to feel confident, welcome and excited about their new school.
  • Nursery & PrePrep: children are invited to join us for a gentle stay-and-play session or a classroom taster, depending on their age and stage.
  • Prep School: pupils will enjoy two taster days, designed to help them settle in, meet their form tutor and peers and experience life at Rose Hill School. These days will also include an informal, age-appropriate assessment to help us understand how best to support them.
After the visit, we will share feedback and next steps with you.
5

Offer and acceptance

If we are confident Rose Hill School is the right fit, we will send you a formal offer. As part of this, you will receive:

  • offer letter and joining pack
  • acceptance form and deposit to secure your child's place
  • clear information on fees, transport, lunches and wraparound care.
6

Welcome and settling in

From offer to first day, we stay in close contact so your child (and you) feel prepared.

  • Welcome events for new families where possible.
  • Introduction to class teacher/tutor and key pastoral staff.
  • Practical guidance on uniform, timetables and wraparound provision

Our pastoral team, praised in our recent ISI inspection, is on hand throughout to support a smooth transition.
