All staff are expected to:

All roles at Rose Hill School are subject to:
  • An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Where appropriate, a Section 128 check
  • Rigorous scrutiny of employment history, including the exploration of any gaps
  • Reference checks with previous employers
  • A criminal self-declaration, and online searches of information that is publicly available
All roles are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020.
