Mind, Body & Soul.
Pupils at Rose Hill School have come to the end of their Wellness Week packed full of activities which culminated in the Coronation Big Lunch on Friday.
The spring sun shone on the children as they completed a daily mile, explored the local woods, enjoyed yoga, judo, pottery, breaktime buddy, Zumba and a host of different activities. Pupils enjoyed daily mindfulness, gratitude and classical music sessions as part of the school’s extensive wellbeing offering.
Parents and staff also got involved in a huge variety of activities throughout the week on the wider topic of wellbeing.
Head, Emma Neville, said “Wow. What a week we have had! The whole school community has been involved in so many activities and we have all learnt a great deal about wellness and what is means to us. Thank you to all our visitors who have been so generous with their time”.
