HeadLines, Friday 6 September
Dear Parents,
Welcome to the start of an exciting new school year! We hope you had a restful summer and are as eager as we are to embark on this journey of aspiration, adventure, and achievement in learning.
Our vision for this year is to cultivate a vibrant and dynamic learning environment, with first class facilities and talented staff, where each pupil is encouraged to aspire to their highest potential. We believe that education is not just about imparting knowledge but also about inspiring dreams and setting goals. Our dedicated staff are committed to fostering a growth mindset in our pupils, empowering them to embrace challenges with confidence and resilience.
Adventure awaits us in every classroom, corridor, and corner of our school. Learning is not confined to textbooks but is a thrilling exploration of ideas, creativity, and innovation, through our bespoke curriculum, Compass. We aim to create an atmosphere where curiosity is celebrated, and pupils are inspired to take intellectual risks. This year, we have planned a variety of engaging activities, projects, and experiences that will ignite our pupils’ passion for learning and encourage them to explore the world with a sense of wonder. Please join us for the bespoke ‘Preparation for the Best Year ever!’ sessions next week. Other specific events can be found on your year group welcome letter and the website calendar.
Achievement in learning is at the heart of our mission. We are dedicated to supporting every pupil in their academic and personal growth. Our goal is to ensure that each child achieves success in a way that is meaningful and fulfilling for them. We will work collaboratively with you to provide the tools, resources, and encouragement needed for your child to thrive.
As we begin this new school year, let us embrace the excitement of learning together. With your support, we are confident that this year will be filled with inspiration, discovery, and remarkable achievements.
We wasted no time this week and have already been on a trip and celebrated solo singing performances in assembly, thanks to Georgia, Stella and Farah! Thank you to the many parents who joined us for breakfast this morning, it was wonderful to have you there despite the torrential rain!
Best wishes,
Emma Neville
