Founder’s Day Fun
Rose Hill’s second Founder’s Day, held on Saturday, May 20, was a community celebration for past, present, and future pupils. This event was initiated in anticipation of the school’s 200th birthday in 2032. Founder’s Day has now become an annual tradition for the school.
The day included a range of activities and displays that catered to all members of the community. Alongside the traditional Summer Fair family fun day, attendees enjoyed various attractions such as cake stalls, a bouncy castle, and a dog show. Additionally, there were displays from different departments of the school, including art, drama, sports, and musical performances.
Emma Neville, expressed her gratitude for being a part of such a remarkable institution. She acknowledged the school’s reputation as one of the leading prep schools in the south-east, attributing its success to inspiring teaching, excellent academic results, and a strong commitment to preserving the joys of childhood.
