Extended Wrap Around Care offering
We are pleased to announce the extension of our Wrap Around Care provision from the start of the Summer Term. It is designed to further support our pupils and their families with increased flexibility and enhanced after-school care options. These updates also include some slight changes to the School day, which we hope will improve the overall experience for children and parents alike.
To better align with our After-School Care provision, the end of the school day for PrePrep pupils (Nursery to Year 2) will be 3:45 pm. After this time, we will offer a variety of supervised options to accommodate different needs.
We have integrated our After-School Care with our range of clubs which means all the clubs across the PrePrep and Prep will, from the Summer Term, finish at 5:15pm. For children in the PrePrep who do not attend a club we offer Blossom, a fun, creative session where a light tea will be provided. For the children in the Prep School not attending a club they will go to Prep in the library until 5;15pm.
The final change to our After-School Care provision is the fact that we are now offering a Twilight session which will run from 5:15-6:15pm, Monday to Thursday. On Fridays our after-school care provision will run until 5:15pm when the School day ends.

Bookings
- Bookings for the Summer Term will be sent out before the end of term as per usual.
- All bookings must be made via the Wufoo portal at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations must be notified 24 hours prior to avoid charges.
- Places are limited, and we maintain strict staffing ratios to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils.
- We ask that you do not collect your child out of these times.
