Official opening of 'The Alan Baker Wing'

Amidst a flurry of eagle's wings, the new academic block was opened on Saturday 14th September. Opened by pupils of the school council this new facility, boasting six classrooms, two learning skills rooms, two ICT suites and a state of the art science laboratory will be a huge asset to the school.

Events on the day included an art exhibition containing works by every pupil in the school, mini-beasts and a fantastic falconry display by The Hawking Centre.

Rose Hill School is very proud of its links with Brownies and the Scout movement due to ties with past pupil Robert Baden Powell after whom one of the school houses is named.
