Hilden Grange U11 Football Tournament

In very wet conditions, the Rose Hill Colts ‘A’ team produced an excellent performance at the Hilden Grange tournament. After narrowly qualifying through the group stages, mainly thanks to a goal by A Learoyd in the dying seconds of their match against Solefield, Rose Hill were pitted against Sevenoaks Prep in the quarter final. This match was evenly contested but the spirit and determination of the Rose Hill team was rewarded with a goal from J Amos. In the semi-final, an equally strong performance created many chances against Marlborough House but a second-half breakaway goal ended any hopes of silverware.
