Philanthropy at Rose Hill School

Year 6 pupils at Rose Hill School have been learning about migration in geography, history and religious studies, which culminated in all pupils completing a philanthropy project. Due to the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, pupils decided to embark on a large scale fund raising programme, working hard to raise money for the local charity, RefugEase which is working with refugees in Ukraine.

Founder’s Day at Rose Hill School

Rose Hill celebrated its first ever Founder’s Day on Saturday 21 May, a new event launched in the lead up to the School’s 200th birthday in 2032. The now annual Founder’s Day is a community celebration for past, present and future pupils.

On Sunday, members of the F24 team assembled at a very cold, wet and windy Goodwood Motor Circuit. The damp, grey start did not dampen the spirits and even when we discovered our brakes had failed we were not beaten!
