Clubs & Co-Curricular Enrichment

A school day filled with possibility

At Rose Hill School, your child has access to an enriching co-curricular programme that covers all interests, passions and specialisms. Your child can dive into new interests, build their confidence and discover new talents through a co-curricular enrichment programme offering around 70 clubs every week, the vast majority included within the school fees.

Why enrichment matters

Our clubs are designed to extend the Compass Curriculum into real-world experience. Children are encouraged to experiment, take risks, collaborate and express themselves.

Through enrichment, pupils apply their knowledge beyond the classroom and discover the joy of learning for its own sake.

Sport, fitness and outdoor adventure

For children who love to move or those still finding their footing, we offer a dynamic mix that supports physical health, teamwork and resilience:
Football, cricket, hockey, netball, rugby
Tennis, swimming, athletics
Fitness clubs and movement-based enrichment
Outdoor learning and woodland activity sessions
Sport at Rose Hill School is built around participation first and progress always, with excellent facilities including an indoor pool, astroturf and sports hall.

Creative arts, music & performance

Whether your child prefers the stage, the studio or the rehearsal room, they will find a place to shine. Opportunities include:
Music ensembles, choirs and bands
Art, sculpture and craft clubs
Drama, theatre productions and performance workshops
Digital creativity and design
With a 220-seat theatre, specialist arts spaces and an extensive music department, creativity is part of daily life.

STEAM, discovery & innovation

Curious minds can stretch further through clubs that develop problem-solving, enquiry and innovation:
Coding, robotics and digital innovation
Science clubs and experiments
Design and technology workshops
Engineering challenges
Our Compass approach encourages children to ask questions, test ideas and explore how things work, supported by specialist facilities including robotics and 3D printing.

Leadership & personal growth

Many of our clubs are built around responsibility, teamwork and service. They nurture empathy, confidence and initiative:
Eco committee
School council
Charity and fundraising groups
Enterprise and problem-solving challenges

Wellbeing, friendship & fun

Alongside structured activities, we offer clubs designed simply for joy and connection:
